Keep your body moving 

Imagine you have had an injury and have been forced to stop training, or you are sick of your sport. It is very understandable that you will want to do nothing for a while, or be unable to do anything.

Nonetheless it is important to keep your body in ‘sports mode’ to a certain extent. Try and find a sport that you can still do, or still enjoy.
